Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 884d platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement

By accessing or using the 884d platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

The 884d platform is an online entertainment service intended solely for individuals who are of age 18 years and above. Users who register confirm that they meet this age requirement. 884d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account if this requirement is not met.

These terms govern the relationship between you as the user and 884d as the service provider. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

  • Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

  • 884d reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, including requesting valid identification documents.

Account Security

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account.
  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, including any unauthorised access.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the 884d support team immediately at [email protected].

Platform Usage Rules You Must Comply With

Users of the 884d platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
  • Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the security systems of the 884d platform.
  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation.
  • Spreading false information, incendiary content, or any content that violates the law through this platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity.
  • Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or bets in any way.
  • Selling, transferring, or renting your 884d account to another party.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, as well as legal action where necessary.

Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the 884d platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources.

Deposit

  • Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including FPX, Touch 'n Go, and bank transfer.
  • Deposits will be credited to your account upon successful verification, typically within a few minutes.
  • 884d is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.

Withdrawal

  • Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified under the same user's name.
  • Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
  • 884d reserves the right to decline or suspend any withdrawal request that raises suspicion or violates platform policy.
  • Any taxes or charges related to withdrawals are the sole responsibility of the user.

Liability Limitations, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

884d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors.

884d's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount paid by that user to the platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

884d reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

  • The user violates any terms set out in this document.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
  • Registration information found to be false or inaccurate.
  • The user is involved in money laundering.

Accounts closed due to a breach are not eligible for any refund.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

All content, logos, graphics, software, and other materials on the 884d platform are the exclusive property of 884d or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission.

The 884d platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 884d is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. You visit any third-party website at your own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

884d reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
